Jessica Truxton has spent years redefining fitness

one personalized plan at a time.

Her journey began at just 16 years old when she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Despite being incredibly active, she struggled with weight fluctuations and unknowingly followed unhealthy eating habits. As a teenager, in pursuit of an ideal physique, she developed eating disorders, spiraling into restrictive eating habits that left her mentally and physically depleted.

Realizing the dangers of extreme dieting, Jessica turned to science and education to rebuild her health. She pursued Health through Nutrition and Fitness, seeking to become a personal trainer and in 2014, she earned certifications in Weight Loss & Corrective Exercise, equipping herself with the tools to help others avoid the same struggles she faced. She soon discovered that the fitness industry is filled with one-size-fits-all solutions—but that approach doesn’t work for everyone.

At Truxton Training, Jessica’s philosophy is simple: fitness should be tailored to you. She rejects cookie-cutter programs and instead prioritizes individualization by considering not just physical fitness, but also mental, emotional, and even spiritual well-being. She believes that training isn’t just about numbers on a scale—it’s about finding your purpose and creating a sustainable lifestyle.
